These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (healthglowhubs.com), telehealth platform, and all healthcare services provided from our facility located at 1671 Browning Lane, Heidelberg, Mississippi, USA. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms in full.
HealthGlow Hubs provides licensed medical consultations, telehealth sessions, physiotherapy, women's health services, senior wellness programs, vaccinations, and lifestyle coaching. All clinical decisions are made by licensed healthcare professionals based on individual assessment. Services are provided as a supplement to, not a replacement for, primary emergency medical care.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our online booking system. Minors may receive services only with the written consent and accompaniment of a legal guardian. Patients must provide accurate personal and medical information during registration.
Appointments can be booked online or via phone. Cancellations made more than 6 hours before the scheduled time are free. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service charge. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies or clinician unavailability.
Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, health insurance plans, and select HSA/FSA accounts. Pricing is transparent and published on our website. Insurance claims are submitted on behalf of patients when eligible.
Telehealth consultations are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Patients must be physically located in Mississippi during the session. Telehealth is not suitable for life-threatening emergencies — in such cases, please call 911 immediately. Technical issues on the patient's end may require rescheduling.
Patients must provide accurate medical history, disclose current medications, report any allergies, and follow prescribed treatment plans. Failure to do so may affect outcomes. Patients are responsible for keeping scheduled follow-up appointments.
While our clinicians exercise the highest standard of care, HealthGlow Hubs is not liable for outcomes resulting from patient non-compliance, undisclosed medical conditions, or unforeseen complications beyond standard clinical practice.
